Project requests are not contracts
Submitting a form, sending photos or discussing a project does not create a contract, reserve an installation date or guarantee availability. Work begins only under a separate written agreement accepted by StoneGO and the customer.
Estimates and final scope
Any preliminary range or estimate may change after measurements, material selection, slab requirements, edge details, cutouts, access conditions, removal needs, taxes and other project-specific factors are confirmed. The written project agreement controls the final scope and price.
Natural and engineered materials
Stone and surface materials can vary in color, pattern, veining, texture and appearance. Natural variations, seams and layout considerations are part of the material-selection and fabrication process. Digital images and screens cannot guarantee an exact color match.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with its operation or use its materials in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Intellectual property
StoneGO branding, original text, graphics and project media are protected by applicable law. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Permission is required before reproducing StoneGO content for commercial use.
