When you submit a project request, call, email or text us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, zip code, project type, approximate project size, timeline, removal needs, photos, plans and any details you choose to share.
How we use information
We use this information to answer your inquiry, understand your project, prepare or discuss estimates, coordinate service, maintain business records, prevent abuse and improve our website and customer experience.
Text messages
If you separately check the optional SMS consent box, StoneGO may text you about your project. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
Website measurement and cookies
Our site uses consent controls for advertising measurement. Advertising storage and advertising user-data processing are denied by default and are enabled only after you make that choice. When you allow advertising measurement and submit a project request, normalized contact information may be provided to Google for conversion matching. Google processes that data under its advertising terms. Essential security and service functions may operate without advertising consent.
Service providers
We use service providers to host and protect the website, process project requests, maintain customer relationship records and measure advertising when permitted. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or comply with law.
Retention and security
We keep project and business records only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations and dispute prevention. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may use the “Privacy choices” control in the site footer at any time to reopen your advertising preferences and withdraw a prior choice. You may also decline optional SMS consent, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to correct or delete information when applicable. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
